Humor
Open the bonnet of a British sports car (or the hood of an American muscle car), and the guys will gander and gawk. The sound of this modified MGA’s Rover V8 engine lured Charlie and John like an ancient Greek siren at Blackhawk Farms Raceway.
Good to see American’s drawn to a real engine. LOL

Man! If this isn’t a familiar site! While I’m more attracted to the visual aesthetics of the
auto, I always find my husband up to his waist in the parts that make it go “zoom! zoom!” 🙂

What is it about a man and an engine? Your processing gives it that Norman Rockwell appeal.

A very honest image! I like your analogy of the call of an ancient Greek siren. Cars don’t do that to me, but I have my poisons.

…what Bobbie said. I love the feel of this image.

Love this image. It has a certain grittiness that seems quite appropriate to the scene.
