Waiting For Something To Happen

Fruit, water, sugar and yeast are put into this tank.   Three weeks later the pulp is taken off the top of the wine, pressed and its juice added back to the fermenting wine. The remaining pulp is placed in a compost pile to be used as fertilizer.
