Vintage race cars, like most respectable vintage autos, have gauges rather than warning lights (the latter have been known to light up after it’s too late to fix a problem).  The bottom right gauge is an ammeter, which indicates the electrical system’s rate of charge or discharge in amperes, known as amps.
